Small Business WebsiteDick & Jane's
What We Did:
Sarah, the owner and lead stylist at Dick & Jane’s Salon made it very clear what she wanted in a website. She wanted something sharp, clean, without all the “flair and animation” that she noticed on many of their competitor websites.
She also wanted her small business website to “get directly to the point, without too much fluffy language”. Finally, she only wanted a limited amount imagery and though she wasn’t quite ready to sell her hair-care products online, she might want to in the in future + that she wanted her customers to know the product lines that she carried “in salon”
So we got to work creating a simple and direct-to-the-point, small business website with simple call-to-actions (CTAs), light imagery, and brief (to the point) pages.
This website features a drag-and-drop page builder for WordPress. This makes adding new content, pages, imagery, and products a hassle-free and dead-simple process.
This website has eCommerce functionality configured for when the client is ready to start selling online — in the meantime, she can easily display the products she sells “in-house”
This website looks great on any screen. Whether it’s displayed on a desktop PC of an iPhone, the site always looks clean, crisp, and remains a fully-functioning.
The Nitty Gritty:
We build a super simple, yet sophisticated looking website for Dick-Janes.com. We used a black and white scheme with a small pop of color on each page. Even though the site is simple it still has a few bells and whistles. 😉
- It’s fully responsive and mobile friendly
- It’s been set-up with full eCommerce capability
- It’s build on the WordPress CMS
- It has a drag-and-drop visual builder for easy content management
When we wrapped thing up, the client was extremely happy with the outcome! Telling us that we built exactly what she was looking for! As an added bonus, we complete this website in less than 3-weeks!
